- Initial Notice served on Local Authority
Initial Notice served on Local Authority
- Application details received and assessed by appropriately classed RBI
- Technical Report issued highlighting any non-compliant design matters
- Review of additional / revised information to confirm compliance with Building Regulations
Construction phase inspection and compliance
