Overview
This one-day course provides an overview of health and safety issues in lifting operations management, ensuring compliance with Regulation 8 (Organisation of Lifting Operations) of the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER). It is designed to equip contractors, site managers and lifting operation supervisors with the knowledge to plan, oversee and document lifting activities safely while following BS 7121 best practices.
Upon successful completion, candidates will be able to manage lifting operations safely on site in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
