Our 12-month programme helps site supervisors and assistant site managers develop the technical knowledge, management skills and confidence needed to take the next step in their career. It combines training courses with an industry-recognised Level 4 NVQ, providing a clear route to becoming qualified.

This work-based programme is for site supervisors and assistant site managers with experience in the role who want a qualification to prove their knowledge and to enhance their skills to excel.

NVQ Level 4 - Construction Site Supervision
This work-based qualification includes six mandatory units and one optional unit, covering key areas such as health and safety, planning and programming, working with others, maintaining effective relationships, customer service and quality control.

- Communication and behaviours on site
- Introduction to Building Regulations
- Effective snagging and handovers
