Pride in the Job

The award all site managers want to win

TAKE PRIDE: Recognising the UK's top site managers!

Over its four decades, Pride in the Job has been at the heart of our core purpose to build confidence in the quality of new homes.

By promoting competition between site managers, by showcasing best practice and rewarding excellence, Pride in the Job continues to encourage site managers to build homes of the highest quality.

About Pride in the Job

Pride in the Job is the most highly regarded competition in our industry. It’s the one all site managers want to win, and for some, described as the pinnacle of their career.

All site managers are automatically entered into the competition if they are working on a site registered for NHBC warranty. There are no entry fees or forms.

The competition is fully inclusive and representative of the UK house-building industry with four categories for different sized businesses: Small, Medium, Multi-storey and Large.

House building is always a team effort, but we know that the calibre of the site manager has the greatest influence on the quality of the end product. Winning site managers demonstrate incredible dedication, passion, commitment and leadership to produce homes of exceptional quality.
