Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship Course

The perfect start for anyone embarking on a career in site management.

Apprenticeship course overview

Construction Site Supervisors manage staff and subcontractors' with an eye for detail, ensuring quality and ensuring the home is ready for the homeowner and will supervise all aspects of the build.

Co-created with industry experts and leading house builders, this apprenticeship will see you spending one day a week, throughout the whole year and not restricted by traditional term times widely used at present - studying for a formal qualification alongside your employment.

There are ten modules delivered virtually by a residential construction-focused NHBC training professional over 62 weeks – so you can learn no matter where you’re based in the UK. The course content focuses on new-builds and meets the requirements of apprenticeship standard ST0048.

At the end of this apprenticeship, you’ll have an industry-recognised Level 4 qualification in Site Supervision and relevant CSCS card, ready to hit the ground running.

What you will learn

The content focuses on new-builds and meets the requirements of apprenticeship standard ST0048:

  • monitor health and safety standards on construction projects
  • record, oversee and report progress on construction projects

  • manage the quality of works
