Would you recommend Quality Assurance Reviews to other builders?

I would definitely recommend the quality assurance review to house builders. I think the industry's done a lot of work around quality control in recent years. I think there's still a lot of work to be done in terms of quality assurance helping house builders get it right first time. I'd look at it as the same as a CQR, it's essentially the same thing but earlier on in the process and it'll help identify any weaknesses and make sure the right outcomes achieved.

At Lioncourt Homes, we've been a five star house builder for 11 successive years. Quality is at the forefront of everything we do. When we went through the quality assurance review, it did highlight a few areas where we can definitely streamline a few processes. As an SME house builder faced with margin costs and an industry shortage of labour, it's critical that we avoid unnecessary costs and unnecessary waste. Quality insurance review helps with the pre construction stage helps to avoid these abnormal costs.
