NHBC is pleased to welcome Keith Davies as a Non-executive Director. Mr Davies has a strong background in the insurance sector and brings significant commercial expertise to the Board.
With more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Mr Davies has held the role of Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Admiral Group since September 2022, and prior to this served as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Federated Hermes Limited. Mr Davies was also the Group Chief Risk and Resilience Officer when M&G listed, having also been Group wide Head of Internal Audit at Prudential.
Earlier in his career, Mr Davies held risk management and audit roles at Standard Chartered, Standard Bank and Deutsche Bank, and spent two years in the Policy team at the Financial Services Authority.
