NHBC, the UK’s largest provider of new home warranties and insurance, has appointed Richard Foweraker as Regional Director to lead customer relations with house builders in the South East of England.
Richard has worked at NHBC for 22 years and possesses a wealth of knowledge about the business and the wider industry. Having joined NHBC as a Building Inspector, he progressed to the Claims team and has held a variety of key roles since, including Senior Claims Investigator, Area Claims Manager and, most recently, Claims Repair and Supplier Manager.
Having started his career on-site, Richard initially trained as a bricklayer, rising to Site Manager prior to joining NHBC. He has extensive relationship management experience and technical knowledge and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
