Your customers’ verdicts are in…

Nobody knows your homes like the people who live in them. That’s why we send out two questionnaires in the first year of occupation, which the Home Builders Federation uses to inform its HBF Star Ratings.

The surveys provide a wealth of insight into how satisfied your customers are and benchmarks you against your competitors. This gives you an at-a-glance comparison to help you see where the issues are and improve your performance.

We send out our surveys at eight weeks after completion and then again at nine months.
