1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the Crack the Code competition (the "competition") at BEYOND ’26 LIVE (the "Conference").

1.2. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to attendees of the Conference who are UK residents and aged 16 or over.

2.2. Employees of NHBC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2.3. Each participant may enter the competition only once unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter, Crack the Code competition, participants must solve the clues to reveal the code.

3.2. The competition opens on Wednesday 25 February 2026 at 08:00 and closes on Wednesday 25 February 2026 at 15:30. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1. The winner(s) of the Crack the Code competition will be first participants to correctly reveal the code and access the prize.

4.2. The winner(s) of the competition should claim their prize at the registration desk before the competition closes.

5. Prize                                                                

5.1. The prize(s) for the competition are:

  • Crack the Code - £100 Amazon Voucher x 4 prizes.

5.2. The prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

5.3. NHBC reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

5.4. The decision of NHBC regarding any aspect of the competitions are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

6. General Conditions

6.1. NHBC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair practices.

6.2. NHBC accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues.

6.3. NHBC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in case of unforeseen circumstances.

7. Data Protection

7.1. Any personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with NHBC’s privacy policy here.

7.2. By entering the competition, participants who become a winner, consent to the use of their name and image in promotional material related to the competition.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. NHBC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the prizes, except where required by law.

9. Governing Law

9.1. The competition will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and participants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

10. The Promoter
10.1. The Promoter of the competition is National House-Building Council of NHBC House, Davy Avenue, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK5 8FP.
