Who we are
Our Technical Operations team operate nationwide and comprise multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, surveyors, technical building consultants and geo-environmental engineers. The team provides expert warranty risk management and, as the largest single building control body in England and Wales, building control services to registered builder customers and commercial clients. Our team plays a vital role in improving construction quality and ensuring the regulatory compliance of new homes across the UK.
