What do you enjoy most about working here?
The colleagues I work with. We are all different but have an ability to work as a single unit striving for a common goal, and as result, we also enjoy success as a team.
What excites you the most about the work?
The opportunity to work on prestigious projects for the likes of British Airways, Oxford University and the London Palladium. It’s always exciting to experience schemes like this in your working career.
How well supported do you feel?
Incredibly well supported. The team I work within has a great ethic. It’s also great to see the many support initiatives offered to us by NHBC - from the Smart Spending App right through to the availability of our Mental Health First Aiders. This is a real stand out.
What would you like someone who’s interested in applying for a job here to know?
It would have to be the amenability and willingness of colleagues throughout the business. I joined NHBC with a degree of nervousness but from the get-go I was made to feel welcome and valued within my team and by the wider organisation. I wish I had done it sooner.
