Paul Turner:
Well, what's exciting me about the future of the sector is I'm an optimist and at NHBC we believe that everybody deserves a quality new home.
So I'm really excited that the Government has continued with its ambitious target for 1.5 million new homes.
I think some of the changes that could unlock more housing delivery in the next few years, unlocking first time buyer demand.
It's the first time in 60 years there's been no support for first time buyers.
There's an opportunity for both public and private sector innovation to support first time buyers into the market.
Secondly, I'd go to skill shortages.
There's a chronic shortage of skills in the construction industry which we need to build the houses that are required.
At NHBC, we're investing £100 million to create 12 multi skilled training hubs across the UK and they will deliver 3,000 new apprentices every single year.
