Hi I'm Neil Forton. I'm the Customer Services Assistant Team Leader and this is a day in the life of customer services.
No day is ever the same in customer services.
I start my day by coming in a bit early.
I create my to do list of the things I need to tackle.
Part of my job includes continuous improvement from idea, the investigation and then the implementation.
Things are consistently changing in our business. We deal with this on our annual business changes, which include annual renewal campaigns and pricing matters.
An important part of my role is data analysis. Data is king in our world. It's an important step to producing information for all our workloads.
I started as a customer services advisor. I progressed quite quickly as there is so much opportunity within the department and the business, especially moving around the company and finding something you are truly passionate about
