National House-Building Council (NHBC) Construction Quality Industry Forums Ticket booking terms and conditions:

1. Refunds, cancellation, transferring, rescheduling of the events
Tickets purchased for Construction Quality Industry Forums cannot be refunded or transferred to another colleague unless:
(a) an event is cancelled; or
(b) an event is moved to another date and you decide not to retain your booking for the rescheduled event.

2. Payment terms and conditions for delegates at our Construction Quality Industry Forums
All bookings made prior to the event must be paid in full to guarantee registration. If payment is not made at the time of booking, registration will be provisional.

3. Transferring tickets to an alternative Construction Quality Industry Forums

Tickets are transferable to a different event if:
(a) the new event has the capacity available to support the transfer, and
(b) it is more than 10 days before the original event date as specified on the booking form.

If you wish to transfer to an alternative event that holds a higher ticket value, a supplementary charge will be payable. Payment must be received prior to the transfer being applied.

If you choose to transfer to an alternative event of lower ticket value, no refund will be offered for the difference in ticket price.

4. Access requirements
Delegates should advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration.

5. Registration information
Registration information will be sent to registered delegates by email at least seven days prior to the event. Any delegate not receiving the registration information should contact us at constructionquality@nhbc.co.uk.

6. Alterations to programme
NHBC reserves the right to make alterations to the event programme, venue and timings (including in accordance with clause 7). In the unlikely event of the event being cancelled by NHBC, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate.

7. Amendments to the event
The decision to alter how the event is delivered, will be at the sole discretion of NHBC, however, NHBC will consider any government guidelines in place at the time of the decision. No refunds will be given if you decide to no longer attend the event.

8. Speakers
Views expressed by speakers are their own. NHBC cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to delegates.

9. Photography and filming
For promotional purposes, there will be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event. NHBC will be processing all personal data on grounds of Legitimate Interest and in accordance with NHBC’s Privacy Policy which can be found at:
www.nhbc.co.uk/legal/privacy-policy.

You are not permitted to make your own video or audio recordings of the event or use any still photographs or screenshots of the event for commercial purposes unless expressly permitted by NHBC.

10. Data protection
By booking a place on a Construction Quality Industry Forum delegates agree to be contacted by NHBC and our partners with details of other relevant products or services that may be of interest. Delegates who later decide not to receive such communications should please email constructionquality@nhbc.co.uk.

11. Websites and links
The event and associated NHBC websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which NHBC takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for contents of any website linking to this website.

12. Insurance
It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the event. NHBC cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
