Learn moreDeveloping the next generation of home builders for the real world
Our training team has been supporting the home-building sector for over 25 years. NHBC’s apprenticeships have been designed in collaboration with employers and home builders to develop courses that accurately reflect the real world and the skills required to meet the needs for a particular sector or job role. We are an approved provider of apprenticeships and are committed to using our expertise, knowledge and experience to support the development of the next generation of home builders.
An apprenticeship is a paid job with an accompanying skills development programme. It allows you to gain technical knowledge and practical experience through a mix of learning in the workplace, formal ‘off-the-job’ training and the opportunity to practise and embed new skills in a real work context. So, not only will you gain valuable experience, you will also be learning, studying and earning money at the same time.
