What does your current role involve?: We help the developers and builders with any queries once they are registered with NHBC all the way through to getting their plots on site registered.
What’s your favourite part of the day?: I love coming in in the morning and touching base with my team, Major Projects is a small team and we all work very well together
What do you enjoy most about working at NHBC?: How nice everyone is! I have felt at home since I joined in 2021 and I think it’s so important to be happy where you work, there is always support around should you need it.I feel very passionate about the work I do and if someone has recognised all the hard work I have put into your work, that’s what excites me most. The recognition you receive is makes it all worthwhile.
How well supported do you feel?: Very, the training I received to get me into the position I am today was second to none. There is a lot to learn and I am learning everyday with the help of my peers around me.
What would you like someone who’s interested in applying for a job here to know?: In my opinion, the company really do look after its employees therefore I think its great place to work.
