A raft of new, fully-funded training courses aimed specifically at the UK’s small and medium sized housebuilders provided by NHBC's expert training specialists has been announced.

In collaboration with the Home Building Skills Partnership, CITB, and Hamilton Deeds, NHBC is pleased to offer a wide range of open courses through 2018.

Designed primarily for site management, these courses are free of charge for those directly employed within a home-building company or within their sub-contract supply chain.

Available throughout the UK and utilising NHBC's wealth of experience and data, the courses cover a wide range of subjects such as health and safety, building regulations, defects prevention and customer satisfaction.

NHBC's Training and Analysis Manager Darryl Stewart said, "With housebuilders continually striving to improve quality, increase production and raise customer satisfaction, NHBC is pleased to be supporting the industry with informed, practical expert training.

"NHBC already provides extensive training for many UK housebuilders and we hope that by taking these courses around the country, supported by funding from CITB, we will reach more small to medium sized builders."
